Returns & Exchanges
As most of our garments are hand-dyed and made to order, please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order Items
All tie-dyed and printed garments are made specifically for your order.
Under UK and EU consumer law, made-to-order or custom items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless faulty or incorrect. Please double check your order is correct and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Size Exchanges (Goodwill Policy)
We understand sizing can be tricky, so we offer size exchanges as a goodwill gesture:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Shipping costs for the replacement item
Once the original item is returned, we will produce and send the new size.
Non-Custom / Ready-Made Items
For items that are not made to order (e.g. purchased from our market stalls or pre-made stock):
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn beyond trying on and in original condition
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will cover:
- Replacement item
- Shipping costs
International Orders
For all international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and duties unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Items must be clearly marked as a return to avoid additional customs charges
- Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from any refund or exchange

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Processing & Responsibility
- Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns
- Please allow up to 5–7 working days after we receive your return for it to be processed
Important Notes
- As each item is handmade, variations in colour, pattern, and finish are part of the design and not considered faults
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please check our size guide before ordering
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are returned in a condition that suggests they have been worn beyond trying on, washed, or damaged
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
